Can one license be used by more than one person?

LeaderGuide Pro™ is licensed per computer

• Once registered, LeaderGuide Pro™ is available for use by the logged on user who registered the software.
• And, once registered, LeaderGuide Pro™ can also be used on that same computer by others who also have a user profile on that computer and who are logged in as the current user.
• What is not allowed is simultaneous use of one license by multiple users

If additional user profiles exist on a computer that has a registered version of LeaderGuide Pro™ then:

• When a different user (other than the user who registered LeaderGuide Pro™) logs on and opens Word for the first time after LeaderGuide Pro™ was added, they will receive a message that an add-in wants to load
• As long as they allow that, LeaderGuide Pro™ will add to their user profile
• After that, the additional user can click on any of the LGPro ribbon buttons and follow the simple prompts to add themselves as a user of LeaderGuide Pro™ on that computer

The bottom line is that a single license to LeaderGuide Pro can only be used by one person at a time, on the computer it is registered on, by a user who is logged on to that machine.
