My LGPro tab has disappeared from Word!!!
If your LGPro tab has disappeared from Word
This probably means that the LeaderGuide Pro add-ins have become disabled.
If that has occurred, then there are two ways to get your LGPro tab back, depending on how the add-ins were disabled. Please follow the steps below, statring with the SOFT steps. If that doesn't help, then follow the HARD steps. If that doesn't work, please contact us at help [at] leaderguidepro [dot] com
However, if you are running Office 2010, before you follow the steps below, scroll to the bottom of this FAQ and follow those steps first.

If your george! tab is missing in PowerPoint, repeat the steps above, in PowerPoint, looking only for the george for PowerPoint add-in.
And if your Librarian tab is missing in Excel, repeat the steps above, in Excel, looking only for the Librarian add-in.
Why did this Happen?
This can happen when you force a close while in the midst of a LeaderGuide Pro action. Or, your LGPro tab can be disabled right after you use Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get out of a frozen document. In this case, when you re-open Word, you may see a message asking you if you want to disable LeaderGuide Pro because "it caused a serious problem". You should say "NO" to this. If you don't say "No", or if you miss this message, Office will go ahead and disable LeaderGuide Pro, causing the tab to disappear.
OFFICE 2010 Users
- Open Word & click on the File tab
- Click on Opions & click on Customize Ribbon
- In the dialog box that comes up, look to the right, under Main Tabs
- Do you see LGPro Plus (or Solo) listed?
- If yes, is it checked? If not, check it & click OK & you'll now see your LGPro ribbon again
- If you don't see LGPro Plus (or Solo) listed, then follow the steps above
