Reuse or reassign a license key

An active License Key must be Deactivated on the computer it is registered on before the license key can be re-used.

Simply click on the LGPro tab in Word and then click on Deactivate - on the right hand end of the LGPro ribbon.

To activate, click on the LGPro tab in Word and then click on Register - on the right hand end of the LGPro ribbon.

If you are running an older version of LeaderGuide Pro™

• Log on as the registered user
• Open LeaderGuide Pro™
• Click on the red Pro About button
• Click on Deactivate and follow the prompts
• You will either receive a message that the license has been deactivated or guidance on how to complete the deactivation process

If the computer is no longer available and/or it is not possible to complete the Deactivation as described above

Then please provide a letter explaining why you cannot deactivate, including:

• users name
• user ID and machine ID
• product key or serial number

The letter must be on company letterhead, signed by an IT manager with full name, title, and contact information. Mail to:

To expedite matters, once you have the letter you may email a copy of it to help [at] leaderguidepro [dot] com or fax it to us at 239-389-0569. You still must also mail the hard copy to us. Once we receive this verification we will re-set your software license key for re-use.
