Training At A Glance is disabled

This will be the case if you selected EXPRESS when setting up your leaderguide.

If you are receiving this message and you didn't select Express, then follow these steps:

• Save your work & Close your document
• Save & close any other Word documents that may also be open
• Close out of Word - if you are on a Mac, also close out of your Windows application
• Open Word and open your LGPro document through LeaderGuide Pro™
• Click on Update All Fields and then your TAG button and you will be all set

Why does this happen?

This is one of those computer/Microsoft mysteries. It has something to do with multiple documents being open and how Office then interprets Macros, etc. Sorry for such a technical explanation :)
