If you are receiving an "Unknown Publisher" error when you try to download your free software:

• It may be that you are trying to RUN the software install
• Rather than simply download the software install file to your computer
• You are receiving this error because the file is large, and in your case it is too big to run from the internet

RESOLUTION

• When you click on the file to download it, you will be given the option to Run it or to SAVE it
• Select the option to SAVE it and the download will complete just fine
• Just be sure to note where the file will save to on your computer - the dialog box that's giving you the option to Save will display the file path it is going to use
• Once the file has downloaded to your computer, click on it to run it and the software will install
