Why doesn't my extracted document have all of the Blocks I marked for extract?

If you get unexpected results when you do an extract…

It is most likely because someone pasted one type of Block icon (graphic) over another. To check this:

• In the file you are extracting from, go to the Block that didn't extract and place your cursor in it
• Now, insert that same Block from the LGPro ribbon - it will appear directly below your existing Block
• Now, place your cursor in the graphic area of the NEW Block and check the Style (and perhaps write it down)
• Now place your cursor in the graphic area of the Block that didn’t extract and check the style - does the style match the style of the clean block you just inserted?
• Probably not. So, leaving cursor in the graphic area of the Block that didn’t extract when it should have, find the style it should be and apply it
• Cut out the extra Block you added
• Update All Fields and Save; and then run the extract again
