Deal with a Forgotten Password

Forget your Password?

For security reasons, if you forget your password you will have to request a new one. We cannot send you your old one.

To Request a New Password:

• Click on My Account


• Click on "Request a New Password"

After you submit your request for a new password:

• You will receive an email from info [at] gclearning [dot] com with a special one-time Login link


• This link is good for 24 hours


• Click on the link, or paste it into your browser


• Once in the web site, click on the Login button


• You will be taken to a screen where you can re-set your password


• That's it

FYI: If you don’t act on the email from info [at] gclearning [dot] com within 24 hours the special one-time Login link will expire. You will need to once again Request a New Password and then follow the procedure above within 24 hours.
