About One-on-One Web-based User Training

Software Requirements

You must have LeaderGuide Pro and/or george! installed and Activated (registered) on your computer prior to the start of our training session.

During your web session we turn the screen over to you and "look over your shoulder" as we guide you through your session's learning points. You will actually be using the software as you are learning.

Web Meeting Accessibility

Can you access GoToMeeting.com?

We use GoToMeeting.com as our web meeting service. Prior to our scheduled session time, please make sure that you can:

  • access GoToMeeting.com
  • actually join a meeting

VoIP

We enable the option for you to access the audio portion of your training session using VoIP (Voice over the Internet). If you plan to use this option it is your responsibility to make sure that you have:

  • a high speed internet connection
  • and a USB headset with a microphone built in
  • or a headset and separate microphone connected to your computer by a USB jack.

Training Date & Time

Scheduling Your Training Session

  • When placing your order, please include a first choice and second choice training date and time, and your time zone.
  • We reserve the right to work with you to find a mutually acceptable alternative training date and time if we cannot accommodate your first or second choice.
  • To re-schedule a training session, please notify us at least seven business days prior to your scheduled session. All sales are final.

All sessions are:

  • 60 minutes long
  • one-on-one sessions
  • hands on learning interactions

Language

All instruction is delivered in English.
