One-on-One Web-based Training Session Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
Payment in full is required 14 business days prior to delivery of training.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Web-based training sessions are delivered via the internet at the mutually agreed upon date and time. There is no shipping fee. Follow up communication takes place via email as needed. There is no shippng fee.
Re-scheduling & Cancellation Policy
We require seven business days advance notice should you need to re-schedule a web-based one-on-one training session. All sales are final.
Your Responsibilities
Prior to your scheduled training session, it is your responsibility to make sure that:
- You can access GoToMeeting.com and actually join a meeting through GoToMeeting.com
- You have LeaderGuide Pro and/or george! installed and Activated (registered) on your computer
If you intend to access the audio portion of your session using VoIP (Voice over the Internet), you must make sure that you have:
- a high speed internet connection
- a USB headset with a microphone built in (for best sound quality) or a headset and separate microphone connected to your PC by a USB jack
Language
All instruction is delivered in English.
