Two-day workshop for professional staff, supervisors, and managers. Hands on practice using advanced critical thinking tools and techniques. Emphasis on applying learnings to relevant case studies, which can be customized to your organization.

Learning Objectives

  • Define and describe the unique perspectives represented by Active, Strategic, Systems, Emotional, and Quantum thinking
  • Use a Thinking Preference Model to evaluate personal thinking preference in yourself and others
  • Enhance problem solving and decision making by viewing situations and challenges from multiple perspectives
  • Use appropriate questioning techniques to gather information and understand the context in which challenges are taking place
  • Develop stronger relationships of thought by uncovering connections among ideas, situations, and events
  • Recognize the interrelationship between thinking and language, and use clear language to communicate thoughts more effectively
  • Apply a set of Critical Thinking tools to help address the specific challenges facing your organization.

  • 12 - 30 participants per class (minimum - maximum)

Price

  • The two-day Applied Critical Thinking & Problem Solving workshop for 30 participants is $400 per person.

Terms & Conditions

  • Based upon the information you provide in your Request for Quote, Great Circle Learning issues a formal written price quotation and contract for the services.
  • A signed acceptance of our quotation and contract, along with a booking fee equal to one-half of the full program/project fee, is due at time of scheduling.
  • For workshops, 5-days prior to the start date of the program, full payment of the remaining balance is required. 
  • For customized self-study programs, payment terms are provided in the quotation.
