Critical Thinking

Two and a half day intensive thinking and problem solving laboratory for senior managers, directors, and executives of an organization or business unit. Participants' time is spent focusing on one or more actual business challenges and creating plans for resolving them. The challenge(s) have been determined and approved in advance. As they work on their strategic plans of action, attendees learn valuable Critical Thinking & Problem Solving tools, techniques, and methods.

  • Creating and presenting a compelling Strategic Course of Action for solving an actual business challenge.
  • Recognizing and defining problems sooner and more thoroughly.
  • Recognizing and valuing analytical as well as creative thinking processes and techniques to resolve business challenges.
  • Breaking thinking and behavior habits that block the ability to expand perceptions and see unique approaches to overcoming challenges.
  • Enhancing personal effectiveness by being more receptive to the differing ways of perceiving and approaching business problem solving.
  • Enhancing mental agility in a variety of business, professional, and personal situations.

Price

Terms & Conditions

  • Based upon the information you provide in your Request for Quote, Great Circle Learning issues a formal written price quotation and contract for the services.
  • A signed acceptance of our quotation and contract, along with a booking fee equal to one-half of the full program/project fee, is due at time of scheduling.
  • For workshops, 5-days prior to the start date of the program, full payment of the remaining balance is required. 
  • For customized self-study programs, payment terms are provided in the quotation.
