Terms and Conditions

• Based upon the information you provide in your Request for Quote, Great Circle Learning issues a formal written price quotation and contract for the services.
• A signed acceptance of our quotation and contract, along with a booking fee equal to one-half of the full program/project fee, is due at time of scheduling.
• For workshops, 5-days prior to the start date of the program, full payment of the remaining balance is required. 
• For customized self-study programs, payment terms are provided in the quotation.
• All sales are final, there are no refunds on any fees paid. 
• At least 30-days prior to the original workshop's start date and as long as it is agreed to in writing by both parties, a workshop can be rescheduled and the booking fee applied to the new reservation.
• No transfer of a paid booking fee is given for workshops cancelled less than 30-days prior to the scheduled start date. 
• In all circumstances of rescheduling a workshop, additional fees for rebooking of travel, price changes in the product and possibly other fees will apply. 
• Rescheduling a workshop requires a new signed Contract for Services Agreement between Great Circle Learning and the Customer.

The Quoted Workshop Fee:

• The quoted workshop fee is a fixed price set for the maximum number of participants specified in the workshop description. 
• No refunds or credit transfers to another scheduled workshop is given for participant seats not filled, cancellations, or no-shows.
• For training locations within the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, a general allowance for instructor travel and expenses is included in the fixed fee quote.
• Once the actual training location is finalized and booked, Great Circle Learning reserves the right to adjust the instructor travel and expense fee either as an adjustment to the booking fee or as an adjustment to the outstanding balance that is due 5-days prior to the workshop start date.
• Instructor's airfare travel to training locations within the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, is at Coach Class fares. For all other locations it is at Business Class rates.
