Proactive Mentoring for Managers

This one-day workshop is an optional follow on to the Proactive Mentoring workshop. It is designed specifically as a focused second day session for Managers and Directors to immediately begin creating a strategic plan of action for development across their region or district.

With feedback from the instructor and peer review teams, participants create and refine a strategic development planning guide, which includes Mentoring, Coaching, & Training interventions, for the members of their district or region. Participants are required to bring their laptop computer to the session. Microsoft Office product based (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) templates and tools are provided to the participants for creating and presenting their strategy for development.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify core dimensions of success for your district or region.
  • Based on core dimensions of success, for the district or region, chart the current performance level for members individually and collectively.
  • Strategically create development planning guides that are time line based and that measurably improve individual and collective performance of the district or region.

Prerequisite

  • The one-day Proactive Mentoring workshop is a prerequisite for this session.

Pricing & Schedule

  • One-day session $5,000 if this Proactive Mentoring for Managers session is run immediately following (next day) and at same location as the Prerequisite session.

Terms & Conditions

  • Based upon the information you provide in your Request for Quote, Great Circle Learning issues a formal written price quotation and contract for the services.
  • A signed acceptance of our quotation and contract, along with a booking fee equal to one-half of the full program/project fee, is due at time of scheduling.
  • For workshops, 5-days prior to the start date of the program, full payment of the remaining balance is required. 
  • For customized self-study programs, payment terms are provided in the quotation.
