3/4-day workshop for sales representatives. Participants learn how to establish the four cornerstones to working effectively with territory counterparts:

  • Commitment to Mutual Business Goals
  • Effective and Timely Communication
  • Collaboration to Attain Team Goals
  • Resolution of Team Conflicts in a Timely Manner

Learning Objectives

  • Understand and describe the basic teamwork principles and team standards of performance
  • Use Working With Territory Counterparts guidelines, tools, and techniques to establish good work habits with your teammates regarding communication, goal setting, conflict resolution and collaboration
  • Generate personal action plans for working effectively with all members of your team

Activities

  • Team Standards of Performance - characteristics of effective teams are discussed and standards of performance introduced. A high energy activity that drives home the need for team standards of performance reinforces the learning.
  • The Core Skills of Teamwork - Commitment to Goals, Communication, Collaboration, and Conflict Resolution are discussed. Participants complete an assessment instrument, discuss improvement methods, and participate in a competitive game that summarizes and reinforces the learning points.
  • Personal Commitment to Teamwork - Using a case study and an interactive team game, participants put into practice the teamwork skills they have learned.

  • The 3/4-day Working with Territory Counterparts workshop with 30 participants is $290 per person.

Terms & Conditions

  • Based upon the information you provide in your Request for Quote, Great Circle Learning issues a formal written price quotation and contract for the services.
  • A signed acceptance of our quotation and contract, along with a booking fee equal to one-half of the full program/project fee, is due at time of scheduling.
  • For workshops, 5-days prior to the start date of the program, full payment of the remaining balance is required. 
  • For customized self-study programs, payment terms are provided in the quotation.
