Two-day workshop for entry to mid-level Supervisors and Managers. It teaches the six fundamental areas of effort that all leaders must learn to master. Ample time is provided for practice and personalized feedback. Participants leave with a personal action plan for their continued leadership development.

Learning Objectives & Outcomes

Identify and practice the Six Characteristics of Effective Leaders:

  • Articulating the vision and work direction of the organization.
  • Modeling successful leadership attitudes, skills, and behaviors.
  • Motivating and inspiring co-workers and direct reports to contribute toward the organization’s vision of success.
  • Demonstrating the mentoring skills necessary to help others develop and grow.
  • Facilitating innovation and creative thinking.
  • Taking accountability for the performance of oneself and others.

  • 12 - 30 participants per class (minimum - maximum)

Price

  • The two-day Developing Effective Leaders workshop with 30 participants is $400 per person.

Terms & Conditions

  • Based upon the information you provide in your Request for Quote, Great Circle Learning issues a formal written price quotation and contract for the services.
  • A signed acceptance of our quotation and contract, along with a booking fee equal to one-half of the full program/project fee, is due at time of scheduling.
  • For workshops, 5-days prior to the start date of the program, full payment of the remaining balance is required. 
  • For customized self-study programs, payment terms are provided in the quotation.
