One-day workshop for Individual Contributors who are not in managerial positions and therefore do not participate in standard management-track development courses. It focuses on the basic skill areas of communication, collaboration, productivity, and leadership that are needed to function effectively in project team efforts.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe and demonstrate the competencies needed to establish and maintain effective interpersonal interactions in the workplace
  • Describe and demonstrate organizational and planning skills needed to work productively and accomplish goals
  • Describe and apply critical thinking techniques to individual and team challenges
  • Use the principles of personal power and influence to take a leadership role project team situations

Attendees

  • Experienced Professional Staff (non supervisor or manager roles)
  • 12 - 30 participants per class (minimum - maximum)

Price

  • The one-day Dimensions of Success workshop with 30 participants is $290 per person.

Terms & Conditions

  • Based upon the information you provide in your Request for Quote, Great Circle Learning issues a formal written price quotation and contract for the services.
  • A signed acceptance of our quotation and contract, along with a booking fee equal to one-half of the full program/project fee, is due at time of scheduling.
  • For workshops, 5-days prior to the start date of the program, full payment of the remaining balance is required. 
  • For customized self-study programs, payment terms are provided in the quotation.
