One-day workshop for all audiences. Teaches the core concepts and tools essential to effective team development and management. Participants apply learnings to their own teams.

  • Describe and demonstrate the Nine Characteristics of Effective Teams.
  • Use the Team Effectiveness Continuum tool to evaluate your team.
  • Describe and apply the steps necessary to move your team to higher states of effectiveness.
  • Describe the Seven Elements of Successful Team Management.
  • Use the Team Management Template to manage your team.

  • All audiences
  • 12 - 30 participants per class (minimum - maximum)

  • The one-day Developing Effective Teams workshop with 30 participants is $290 per person.

Terms & Conditions

  • Based upon the information you provide in your Request for Quote, Great Circle Learning issues a formal written price quotation and contract for the services.
  • A signed acceptance of our quotation and contract, along with a booking fee equal to one-half of the full program/project fee, is due at time of scheduling.
  • For workshops, 5-days prior to the start date of the program, full payment of the remaining balance is required. 
  • For customized self-study programs, payment terms are provided in the quotation.
