One-day workshop for teams. Teaches an easy to use method of recognizing and addressing conflict in team-based business situations.

Learning Objectives & Outcomes

  • Recognize and describe the major symptoms and causes of conflict within teams in general
  • List and describe specific methods that can be used to define and resolve conflict within teams
  • Identify personal styles and behaviors of our own and of others that may contribute to understandings and misunderstandings within teams
  • Identify skills, behaviors and action planning techniques that support the successful implementation of agreed upon resolutions to conflict
  • Develop and apply mechanisms for measuring the results of the implemented solutions over time

Terms & Conditions

  • Based upon the information you provide in your Request for Quote, Great Circle Learning issues a formal written price quotation and contract for the services.
  • A signed acceptance of our quotation and contract, along with a booking fee equal to one-half of the full program/project fee, is due at time of scheduling.
  • For workshops, 5-days prior to the start date of the program, full payment of the remaining balance is required. 
  • For customized self-study programs, payment terms are provided in the quotation.
