This two-day workshop for intact teams builds team-based creative problem solving skills.

Learning Objectives & Outcomes

  • Work together more effectively by virtue of getting to know the members of the team better.
  • Recognize, describe, and apply the attributes and characteristics of effective, high performance teams to their team interactions.
  • Use a diagnostic tool to accurately assess the level of effectiveness at which the team performs and develop plans for strengthening areas in need of improvement.
  • Enhance teamwork by harnessing the positive power of the team’s diversity through the use of team-based creative problem solving tools and techniques.
  • Recognize, describe, and apply the attributes and characteristics of effective, high performance team leaders to their team interactions.

  • Members of Intact Work Teams
  • 12 - 30 participants per class (minimum - maximum)

Price

  • The two-day Working in Team workshop with 30 participants is $400 per person.

Terms & Conditions

  • Based upon the information you provide in your Request for Quote, Great Circle Learning issues a formal written price quotation and contract for the services.
  • A signed acceptance of our quotation and contract, along with a booking fee equal to one-half of the full program/project fee, is due at time of scheduling.
  • For workshops, 5-days prior to the start date of the program, full payment of the remaining balance is required. 
  • For customized self-study programs, payment terms are provided in the quotation.
